make sure you read all the labels on all food prcdtous. make sure your saturated fats are below 5 and your sugars below 10. it only takes a few minutes to read the labels. Its the fats that can hurt you as well as the sugars. get plenty of exercise on a daily basis, also make sure you test yourself everyday morning noon and evening by taking your blood level sugar before you eat. everything in moderation and you will be fine.
